Paper stand up zip pouches

Paper pouches have a similar impermeability than plastics, but the outer layer is a kraftpaper (or other paper material). The paper can be printing with 8 colors flexo, but only on the outside. Although our inks are food specific, even if it is necessary to close the painted layer on the outside, this type of pouch is not to recommended.

We can produce the pouches even of 4 layers, insuring full UV and light protection. Thanks to the zipper it’s easy to reclose after opening, without any tools. Can be carried out with: punch hole, euro hole, holder, zipper and tear notch too.

It’s also possible to take a preview window on the paper bags. Variety of patterns may be cut on the pouch with a special perforation technique, and the impermeability will remain the same, because only the top layer will be cutted.

For choosing a paper pouch the factors are the same as by the plastic pouches.

• Fill weight: The most important factor what is affecting the size of the pouch. On request, we are sending sample bags, and our customers can choose the right size to their own products.
• Storage: The most influential factor to the material structure of pouches. Important to choose a right laminate of storing the product. For example is the light protection is necessary? – in this case must be metalized or aluminium foil.
